Note: These rates apply for the first four guests only. Each additional guest will be charged $30 per night.

Minimum Stay: 3 days

Payment Terms: 20% deposit. Balance due 6 weeks before reservation. Payment by cheque on reservations made more than 6 weeks in advance. Credit card payments possible via Paypal.

Cancellation Policy:

Money back less 20% deposit if cancelled more than 14 days before reservation.

30% cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before your reservation.

Under certain circumstances we will allow you to reschedule your reservation subject to availability. A rescheduling fee MAY apply plus the increase in rate where relevant.

50% cancellation Fee for all cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours before your reservation date.
